Black-Max is a polymer based asphalt repair product designed for quick turnaround times and extremely durable results. With no saw-cut or demolition required, prep is quick and easy, usually requiring just blown air. Damaged areas can be returned to traffic in a fraction of the time compared to traditional repair methods. Black-Max excels even in areas where there is a lot of movement, damaged base, or where heavy rolling equipment is not available. It can also be used to seal joints where asphalt and concrete meet.

Black-Max is a cold-applied, liquid and aggregate slurry that hardens in minutes (avg. setup time is 45 mins.) to provide a long-lasting repair, without the need for removal of damaged asphalt or dig-outs of any kind. Black-Max utilizes our patented, coated aggregate, which contributes to flowability and ease of installation.

Black-Max can be finished precisely to grade, resulting in a smoother ride over the repaired areas. Black-Max is easily feathered into the surrounding asphalt to form a repair that blends in visually with the existing pavement. Black-Max restores aggregate interlock and pavement strength by promoting adhesion between the repaired area and the existing asphalt. Black-Max can be used anytime the need arises (hot summer days or cold winter nights). No need to wait for hot asphalt or heavy equipment.

Black-Max's durability surpasses the durability of standard asphalt, cold patch, seal coating, and crack fillers. All of Black-Max's competitors cannot hold up to erosion from weather, chemicals, and or solvents, but Black-Max's superior technology allows it to stand up to anything a typical patch of asphalt is put through and more.
